Return and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal (EU) As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at sante@itsbubblesoclock.dk before the deadline expires.
How to initiate a return or cancellation request
Log in to your account, find the relevant order and follow the instructions to request a return or cancellation. You are also welcome to contact us directly at sante@itsbubblesoclock.dk.
Returns upon withdrawal As our products are manufactured on demand specifically for you, you as the customer bear the direct costs of returning the item. The item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.
The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it (unused, unwashed and with tags attached). If the item has decreased in value because you have used it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund amount.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or parcels requiring special collection arrangements (e.g. to parcel shops).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal Customised or personalised products (e.g. items featuring your own name or specific design requests) cannot be returned, as they are made to order specifically for you. This does not apply, however, if the item is defective.
Defective or incorrect items (Statutory right of complaint) You have a 24-month statutory right of complaint in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or if we have sent you an incorrect item, we will of course cover this in full.
Please contact us as soon as possible at sante@itsbubblesoclock.dk with a description and a clear photo of the defect. To enable us to process the matter as quickly as possible with our print partner, we encourage you to contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will then find a solution — either a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds Once we have received your returned item (or proof of return) and approved it, we will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, including any original standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option).
The refund will be processed via your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval, please do not hesitate to contact us at sante@itsbubblesoclock.dk.
