Shipping Policy
All our products are manufactured on demand specifically for you and shipped directly from our production partner.
Production time The expected production time (processing time) is 2–5 business days, after which your order will be dispatched.
Delivery time Delivery time to Denmark and the rest of the Nordic countries is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time to the rest of the EU is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Customs and import charges As we primarily produce and ship from facilities within the EU, customs duties or additional import charges will not normally apply to deliveries to addresses within the EU.
Incorrect address and uncollected parcels It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at the time of ordering is correct and complete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was not collected from the collection point within the collection deadline, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs of resending the parcel to you.
